Heh...that's a lot of fun, and I really like your idea for gaining XP. Not sold on the bank die in this type of setting, but I could see it being useful for something like Cyberpunk. Good work!

Seriously, I was hoping that by doing what I was doing with the 8 Page Worlds, it would motivate others to "up their game" in terms of production and details - get lots of settings going, more discussion, a more vocal fan base. It doesn't seem like it has really worked though.

Not YET! It will. I wrote up a preliminary introduction for my players yesterday, about seven pages long on half sheets, but I need to clean it up and style it. Then I will release it.
